A website tells people about your business. An app does part of the work: customers log in to see their orders, book themselves in, or send you what you need; your team works from one place instead of three spreadsheets.
Off-the-shelf software is built for everyone, so your team ends up working around it. An app built around your process does the job the way your team already does it.

Feedlify is a feedback platform that collects customer requests from everywhere they land, uses AI to merge the duplicates, and tells people when their request ships. I designed and built it solo: interface, database, auth, integrations, error tracking.

Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The repo and the accounts are in your name, and so is the database.
What happens after launch?
An app needs looking after: updates, security fixes, the odd change as your business moves. A care plan covers that for a fixed monthly price, sized to the app. Or your own team takes it over, with the documentation and training to do it.
